OfficeConnect for Cisco Jabber is a clientless and server-side connector. It is for enterprises who have a Cisco Jabber environment and who are looking for a flexible and easy way to route Genesys voice interactions to available Cisco Jabber endpoints, but don’t want to add the complexity of using an additional Genesys Agent Desktop.
User sessions and agent presence within Cisco Jabber are seamlessly monitored. Logging in or out, changing agent states are automatically synchronized towards Genesys.
All you have to do is install the OfficeConnect for Cisco Jabber connector on your server, perform some basic configurations and you are set to go. Labour intensive client installations are not required.
