User sessions and agent presence within Microsoft Teams are seemlessly monitored. Logging in or out, changing agent states are automatically synchronized towards Genesys. All rich and advanced Genesys interaction features become available in Microsoft Teams and the data-exchange is secured using SSO and HTTPS/WS connections.
